Ep. 2: Nyaruko confronts rivals in R'lyeh and returns to Mahiro after a dimensional battle.

Nyaruko plans to invade the R'lyeh headquarters, disguised as a theme park, to defeat the culprit. Upon entering a black castle within an arena, she meets Nodens, the boss. She is also confronted by Cthugha, known as "The Living Flame," her sworn rival from her past. During a fight in another dimension, Cthugha reveals complex feelings for Nyaruko, which annoys her. Nyaruko transforms into black armor and returns through a box she gave to Mahiro. Nodens is cornered and claims Mahiro was chosen for a TV drama, ordering Nyaruko to punish him. However, Nyaruko stays with Mahiro due to her infatuation with him.
