While Ohana cleans the entrance, Takako Kawajiri arrives in a car. Enishi hired her as a management consultant to rebuild Kissuiso. She suggests changing the waitresses' uniforms. The staff are confused by the flashy designs. Takako and Enishi convince them to wear the new outfits and start work.
