Newscaster Miyo Masuko threatens to expose HappinessCharge Pretty Cure identities, following Megumi to school and home. Miyo reveals she became a reporter after being saved by a Cure, hoping to join them. Megumi shares her identity, and Blue offers Miyo a Crystal of Love, which fails to react, making Miyo feel too old. Namakeruda attacks using a Reporter Saiark that exploits Miyo’s knowledge of Cure moves. Yuko defeats the Saiark with her new Coconuts Samba form, which Miyo did not know. Megumi and Hime finish the battle. Though Miyo is initially disheartened by her rejection, young fans encourage her. She decides to protect the Cures' secrets and highlights their power from public support. Cure Berry celebrates the 10th anniversary.
