Pretty Cures worldwide are battling an enemy called Saiark. Shirayuki Hime, a Pretty Cure and princess of the Blue Sky Kingdom, struggles to keep up with the others and faces a difficult situation. In search of a partner, she meets Aino Megumi, also known as Cure Lovely. The two team up to fight Saiark. They discover that collecting all PreCards allows one wish to be granted. Alongside the fairy Ribbon, they work to protect peace, use transformation, and incorporate dress-up elements in their battles. A new Pretty Cure story centered around dress-up begins.
