Ep. 1: Keiichi and Takano contract Hinamizawa syndrome after girls speculate punishment games

Keiichi, Tomitake, Irie, and Oishi discuss punishment games for the girls in Hinamizawa following Keiichi's recent losses. He falls asleep and wakes to find the girls planning similar games for him. After blacking out, he awakens in the clinic alongside Takano, both infected with the true Hinamizawa syndrome. The girls attempt to save him but nearly kill him after killing Takano. Keiichi blacks out once more, only to wake up in the same situation as before, where Tomitake, Irie, and Oishi infect him with the true Hinamizawa syndrome again in a parody of the original series.
