The gods residing within the sealed woods begin to exhibit erratic behavior as the Onikirimaru seal weakens. This deterioration causes individual deities to transform into ghosts. The Mountain Gods, who have remained dormant for a thousand years, are awakened by these unusual phenomena and react with intense anger. Takuma and his companions attempt to suppress the resulting storm of divine fury to restore order to the forest.
