Kenshiro breaches Ryuga’s castle to rescue Toki, quickly gaining the upper hand in their duel. Toki intervenes, revealing that Ryuga had already performed seppuku and re-bandaged himself to die during the battle. As he lies dying, Ryuga admits that while he once believed Ken-Oh would bring order to the post-apocalyptic world, he now recognizes Kenshiro as the true leader for humanity’s future. Ryuga then discloses that he is Yuria’s brother. Shortly after this revelation, Toki succumbs to his radiation sickness and passes away peacefully, holding Ryuga’s body in his arms.
