Kenshiro, Bat, and Lin travel to a village controlled by Bugal, a devotee of Ken-Oh who hoards the water supply due to an obsession with cleanliness. Kenshiro defeats Bugal and liberates the settlement from his tyrannical grip. Despite this victory, the villagers warn Kenshiro that the threat is not over, as Raoh still exists as the powerful and dangerous Ken-Oh. The group remains aware that the ultimate confrontation with the tyrant is still pending, highlighting the ongoing peril they face in their journey.
