Hibiki Amawa relocates to the Gochiso apartments but discovers that rent must be paid upfront. Lacking the necessary funds, he attempts to secure employment at the nearby Seito Sannomiya Private School. However, his application is rejected solely due to his gender. Seeking a solution, he receives assistance from his landlady, Lulu Sanjo. Together, they devise a plan where Hibiki disguises himself as a woman to bypass the discrimination and successfully obtain the position he needs to pay his rent.
