Ep. 1: Nagatoro torments Naoto over his manga, leading to a river incident and a new naming dynamic.

Naoto Hachiouji, an introverted second year high school student, drops his self-drawn manga at school where girls mock him. First year Hayase Nagatoro deduces the hero is based on him and torments him by proving his character is braver than he is. She interrupts his art club, teasing him with a nude pose suggestion before demanding he draw her. After finishing the drawing, she mocks his embarrassment and pushes him into a river. When he fails to react, she asks why he is not angry. He admits that after a lifetime of bullying, he cannot get angry anymore, though he enjoys her attention. Satisfied, she demands he call her Nagatoro, and she will call him Senpai.
