After viewing a drawing by Yuito, Hitomi briefly regains her sense of color. While Kohaku is abroad, she stays at his home and is encouraged by his parents to attend the nearby Minamigaoka High School. Reluctantly enrolling, Hitomi discovers an unexpected side of her young grandmother. To prove she is a mage, she performs magic in front of her classmates, revealing her true abilities to the student body.
