Seiya Ryuguin and Ristarte arrive for the school festival, but Seiya refuses to enter the unfamiliar school, leaving Ristarte annoyed. Meanwhile, Yunyun performs The Little Match Girl solo for Class 3. When Destroyer attacks, Roswaal forbids Classes 1 and 2 from fighting until their plays conclude. Emilia, Puck, Albedo, Aqua, and Viktoriya volunteer to battle the threat. Naofumi permits Raphtalia and Filo to join them. Kazuma asks Megumin to replace Aqua as the Fairy Godmother, but she initially refuses. Ainz and Tanya goad Megumin into accepting the role. The assembled volunteers prepare to make their stand against Destroyer.
