Alfred and Margarete, the Prince and Princess of the Samanark Duchy, ignore their mother's warnings and enter the tower home of the castle's feared witch. They discover the resident is actually their aunt Victoria, who invites them to share lunch at the Nekoya. Meanwhile, the traveling halfling chefs Pikke and Pakke reflect on their recent major sale achieved through their special dish. They proceed to a Nekoya door, which they credit as the source of their success, and enjoy a serving of cream croquette.
