Ep. 25: The family visits Naoki's grandparents, where past tensions and present spirits converge for Kotoko and Kotomi.

Kotoko, Naoki, and their daughter Kotomi travel to Naoki's grandparents' home. Naoki recalls a past visit with Kotoko after their marriage. Kotoko initially feels excited about spending time with Irie alone but is disappointed to discover he lied, as they are staying with Irie's grandfather. The family, excluding Irie's grandmother, gives Kotoko a hard time. However, guided by the spirit of Irie's grandfather, who advises her to bring her baby on future visits, she overcomes these difficulties and gains the family's approval of her marriage to Irie. In the present day, Kotomi, Kotoko, and Irie arrive. As they walk toward the house, Kotomi encounters the spirit of her grandfather and cheerfully waves to him.
