Ep. 23: Kotoko confirms pregnancy while navigating jealousy and family reactions

Kotoko’s three-month pregnancy is confirmed, prompting a celebration where Irie expresses his happiness despite her insecurities. Kotoko’s friends sow doubt, leading her to spy on Irie’s interactions with a young nurse and patient Yuuko Matsumoto. Her jealousy intensifies when she sees him using affectionate terms, but Sudo-senpai interrupts the tension. Meanwhile, Kin’s mother visits to propose a marriage between Kin and Chris in England, which Kin refuses. At the hospital, Yuuko’s refusal to rest leads to a physical altercation with Sudo.
