Ep. 9: Tomozaki prepares for a date with Fūka and a group trip with his friends

During summer break, Tomozaki meets Hinami at the mall, where she criticizes his sloppy appearance and assigns him to date Fūka. Hinami acts as a dress rehearsal partner, helping Tomozaki buy new clothes to improve his image. The following day, Tomozaki, Hinami, Mimimi, and Mizusawa gather at his house to discuss plans for an upcoming trip. Mizusawa instructs Tomozaki on using hair salon products purchased earlier. Later, Tomozaki and Fūka attend a movie date that proceeds smoothly. Eager to spend more time with Fūka, Tomozaki follows Hinami’s advice and invites her to a fireworks show, which she accepts. Meanwhile, Tomozaki packs his bags in preparation for the group trip.
