On Cleaning Day in Jewel Land, the Jewelpets transform into Jewel Charms to rest in the Dream Forest while the town undergoes maintenance. Ruby, a Rabbit Jewelpet, wanders away from the group during this process. During the pelican's delivery, a sudden gust of wind scatters the Jewel Charms into the Human World. As punishment for her absence, Ruby is tasked with recovering all the scattered charms to regain access to Jewel Land. Meanwhile, a girl named Kougyoku Rinko discovers Ruby's Charm and informs her friend about the discovery, setting the stage for the retrieval mission.
