Io struggles with his emotions regarding Opal and Coal. When both Jewelpets appear, they ask him who likes him more. Coal then creates a plan that threatens to disrupt Jewel Town. Meanwhile, Pink recalls difficult times in the Human World. Unbeknownst to the others, she enters a continuous dream trance. Coal uses magic to manipulate her into stealing the Deco Stones. This secret manipulation drives the episode's conflict as Io deals with relationship questions and Pink becomes an unwitting tool for Coal's scheme. The narrative highlights the tension between personal feelings and external magical interference within the Jewel Town setting.
