Jewel Town prepares for a festival where Sweetspets manage events. During fireworks, Pink attempts a climax offering sweets to stars, but the crowd is confused by the result. Consequently, Pink and Ruby offer their own sweets to the stars, which are well-received. Sapphie then investigates why the stars initially rejected the Sweetspets' offerings.
