Jewelpets and KiraDeco 5 gather at the Kira Kira Shop to discuss the number of Deco Stones they will find. Diana, a munchkin cat Jewelpet, becomes annoyed because the Kira Deco 5 ignored her in the last few events of the series. Her anger boils over, causing her to use Jewel Magic to transport the group to another dimension called Smoothland, where everything is as smooth as a bald man's head. The challenge for them is to make Diana and the other Jewelpets laugh.
