Seven years after Airi Kirara first met the Jewelpet Ruby and witnessed her magic, she encounters other Jewelpets while cleaning and realizes Ruby is gone. They locate her in a warehouse, where the pair discovers a new ability. Meanwhile, Ruby feels confused about her transformation. Her childhood friend Laura arrives from France to inform Airi that a thief plans to steal a precious pendant, requiring Airi to guard it. However, the pair is unaware that this situation is actually an elaborate trap set for them.
