The Kirara Family faces a budget crisis that forces them to eat Melonpan daily, but the situation escalates when a Melonpan Carnival begins. In a separate incident, Labra discovers that everyone in town has disappeared, including her Jewelpet Friends. Consequently, Airi decides to team up with Labra to investigate the mysterious vanishings and uncover the truth behind the empty streets.
