With the Jewel Star Grand Prix approaching, the magical academy prepares for its final examinations. Ruby chooses to stay overnight at the academy to study, keeping this decision secret from Akari and Labra. The following day, Akari, Sara, and Miria face their last test, which involves collecting healing flowers to cure the headmaster's throat. During their mission, they discover that the Mushroom people are engaged in a significant conflict and require assistance to reconcile. Meanwhile, Ruby becomes ill due to her overnight stay. Consequently, Akari and her friends must balance healing Ruby while simultaneously helping the Mushroom people resolve their argument and restore harmony.
