Flint, Sarah, and Tony travel to the Grand Canyon while chasing the time-traveling Time Shifter Unita-Master. A conflict involving Flint and Petra Fina's group transports them to the Land of Time. There, Flint meets the Old Timer for the first time. He learns that the Dark Lord scattered the Time Shifters across different eras during a previous assault on the Land of Time.
