Jotaro predicts the Stand user will use a battery-powered item to reach Joseph's boat, so he leaves Josuke and Koichi behind with instructions to attack if the user appears. While Josuke struggles with his conflicting emotions regarding Joseph, the highly confident user of Chili Pepper finally reveals himself at the location.
