This anime is based on the fourth part of the JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken manga. It takes place in 1999, eleven years after Jotaro Kujo's battle with DIO in Egypt. Jotaro encounters Josuke Higashikata, the illegitimate son of his grandfather, Joseph Joestar. He learns that Josuke possesses the same "Stand" ability and that a new danger is emerging in Morioh City.
