Ep. 23: Joutarou and Kouichi confront Yoshikage Kira and his Stand Deadly Queen

Joutarou and Kouichi search for the button owner and encounter murderer Yoshikage Kira alongside his Stand, Deadly Queen, which utilizes a bomb known as Heart Attack. During this confrontation at Centipede Shoes, Kouichi expresses a desire to pursue Kira directly. Joutarou advises against this course of action, but Kouichi remains dissatisfied with the decision. Consequently, Kouichi chooses to act independently without Joutarou's approval. This decision coincides with a second attack by the Heart Attack ability, escalating the immediate danger and conflict between the characters as they face the threat posed by Kira and his Stand.
