Kosaku Kawajiri corners and kills Hayato, staging the incident to appear accidental. Realizing this trajectory will lead to his exposure and capture, Kawajiri succumbs to despair. In a sudden turn of events, Yoshihiro’s arrow pierces him, interrupting his moment of hopelessness and altering the immediate outcome of the confrontation.
