Ep. 7: Prisoners transform into plants while a green baby emerges from Dio's bone

The group confronts a prisoner holding Dio's bone, only to witness inmates and the prisoner mutating into vegetation. Jolyne undergoes similar changes as the bone becomes a green infant. They encounter Guccio, who controls Survivor, while Anasui uses his body to trap the Stand User D an G. Despite severe injuries, D an G's Stand, Yo-Yo Ma, steals the green baby and consumes it. F.F. remains to fight D an G, allowing Jolyne, Anasui, and Yo-Yo Ma to flee into the wetlands. F.F.'s lower jaw dissolves due to acidic spit from the Stand, leaving the group separated and the infant in enemy hands.
