After a brawl in the Disciplinary Wing, Jolyne discovers only two inmates remain standing. F.F. arrives to confront Kenzou, an elderly cult leader wielding the Stand Dragon's Dream. This ability allows Kenzou to manipulate feng shui to optimize his attack angles or inflict bad luck on opponents. F.F. suffers severe injuries from this probability manipulation, including a fan falling from the ceiling and a blade slicing off the top of their head. The encounter highlights the dangerous nature of Kenzou's powers as F.F. struggles against the overwhelming odds created by his luck-based attacks.
