During transit, Satoru withstands explosive assaults from special grade cursed spirit Jogo by utilizing an infinity technique that slows incoming attacks. After effortlessly evading damage, Satoru briefly visits Jujutsu Tech to retrieve Yuji and return instantly to demonstrate domain expansions. He subsequently activates Infinite Void, destroying Jogo’s Coffin of The Iron Mountain and decapitating the curse. Before their allies can interrogate Jogo regarding his employers, Hanami arrives to distract the sorcerers and escapes with the severed head. The group, including the newly born Mahito, retreats to a hidden void. There, they formulate a strategy to seal Satoru and capture Yuji at a future time.
