Nodoka reminds Ritsu to submit a stage application, prompting the group to realize they lack a band name. Yui discovers her guitar strings are rusted due to neglect, leading to a shop visit where Mio admires rare left-handed basses. The shopkeeper refuses payment for Yui’s repairs, offering the service for free. Meanwhile, Ritsu grows jealous of Mio’s time with Nodoka, causing friction that results in Ritsu falling ill with a fever. Mio visits to reconcile, joined by the other members. At school, Ritsu faces trouble for the late application, but Nodoka supports her before the student council. Unable to choose a name, Sawako assigns 'After School Tea Time' to the group. Yui unfortunately catches Ritsu’s cold.
