Yui, Mio, Ritsu, Tsumugi, and Nodoka discover they share a homeroom class, arranged by teacher Sawako to simplify her memory. Since Azusa is in her junior year of the light music club, the group aims to recruit new members to ensure the club survives their graduation. Their efforts to attract students fail, shifting their focus to a performance for the freshman reception. Afterward, Azusa feels depressed about the lack of new recruits. However, after speaking with Ui and Jun and hearing Yui’s comments, she accepts that the five of them are sufficient for now.
