Ep. 1: Mikoto and Reisi clash while a Green Clan J-rank member targets Kurou and Neko.
The episode opens with a flashback of Mikoto, the former Red King, and HOMRA fighting SCEPTER 4 and the Blue King, Reisi Munakata. The narrative shifts to a mysterious Green Clan member spying on Kurou and Neko. This individual, identified as a J-rank clan member, orders a subordinate to bomb the pair. Following the attack, Kurou and Neko go into hiding. SCEPTER 4 and HOMRA are then drawn to a building broadcasting a disrespectful message regarding the deaths of the former Red King and a subordinate. A one-sided battle occurs, after which a lone deserter escapes into an alley. Kurou and Neko capture and question him. Upon his defeat, his phone displays a message indicating he has lost all points and powers. Kurou realizes the deserter knows nothing and departs. The episode concludes with Shiro beginning his return to the city.
