Kurou meets Blue King Reisi Munakata, who explains that Green King Nagare Hisui controls the Green Clan through JUNGLE, a social network where members earn points for missions to determine their rank. Reisi reveals that J-rank is the highest level, held by those with real powers like Yukari Mishakuji. He asks Kurou for the Silver King's location, stating that with the Gold King absent and the Silver King missing, he must safeguard the Slates. Kurou refuses this protection, leading Reisi to assign Saruhiko Fushimi to tail him. Meanwhile, Blue Clan member Goki Zenjo is questioned by Seri regarding the Kagetsu incident involving former Blue King Jin Habari. Separately, Anna offers the Red Clan's protection to Neko, who is hiding from the Blue King, but Neko also declines the offer.
