In Inderia, annual droughts and floods hinder a dam project. Mysterious incidents near a shrine delay progress, prompting the Science Ninja Team to investigate. A skeleton named Torakodon appears, and Galactor sabotage, including a plane explosion, signals their interference. Jinpei and Ryu encounter a murder linked to a golden coin depicting a shrine passage. Ken investigates the shrine, discovering a Galactor base in its cellar. The group learns Torakodon distracts people from missile construction. They infiltrate the base, destroy the missiles, and defeat the Galactor members. After leaving the matter to local police, the team departs. As Katse arrives in Inderia, the base explodes before his eyes, concluding the mission.
