Ai encourages Kaguya to confess to Miyuki before he departs, leading to a plan involving a campfire lit by arrow and a canned coffee confession. While searching for Miyuki, Yu discovers he previously confessed to Tsubame at a theatre. Failing to locate him, Kaguya ignites a wooden structure, prompting the phantom thief Arsène to drop cryptic paper messages to the crowd. Chika invites Kaguya to solve a riddle game, but Kaguya dismisses it as a red herring and heads directly to the location where the papers were dropped.
