Baku presents three tales. First, Ako and Sho visit an abandoned library with Reiko, where Sho claims books have spirits. A book on clairvoyance falls, leading Reiko to attempt a ritual at the Hour of the Ox to see her future love. She breaks a mirror, causing sharp shards to fall into the water. Second, Sho recounts the story of Sylvia and Andre, Bulgarian ballet dancers who won silver near the Aegean sea. A chandelier crushes Sylvia, putting her in a coma. Andre wins gold but feels empty, eventually dancing with Sylvia’s spirit in the moonlight before both die. Finally, Ako tells of a girl killed by a truck before high school. Her classmates are unaware, but an empty seat shakes and falls, implying her lingering presence.
