The American Grazer Group intends to expand into Japan's music sector via Metro Records. Vice president Ralph Grazer targets the band Ʌucifer, leading to immediate rivalry upon his meeting with Sakuya. Determined to destroy Ʌucifer, Ralph schedules a charity concert on the same day near their venue. Internationally renowned artist Freddy Brown performs at this event, drawing significantly more media coverage than Ʌucifer. The venue for Freddy Brown's concert proves too small for the massive crowd. Ʌucifer capitalizes on this situation by inviting the large group of people gathered outside to attend their own performance instead, effectively countering Ralph's strategy to diminish their presence.
