Zorori and the boars visit a location advertised by a billboard claiming to feature a real live dinosaur. Upon arrival, they discover the creature is actually a child. Undeterred, Zorori resolves to capture his own dinosaur. The group travels to a southern island where they locate a dinosaur, only to realize it is a mother. They deduce that the child they previously encountered was her kidnapped son. The group returns to the site of captivity and successfully frees the young dinosaur. This narrative is adapted from book 7.
