Yukihana, a yuki-onna from Chizuru's family, creates a powerful snowstorm around the school to test the bond between Chizuru and Kouta. As students struggle to stay warm, Kouta, Chizuru, Nozomu, and Tayura search for her. Tayura is captured by snowmen, leading the others to a classroom where Chizuru and Nozomu warm Kouta. Yukihana appears and stops them as they attempt to flee. Chizuru and Kouta combine to demonstrate their strong bond, causing Yukihana to end the storm. She then reveals that Chizuru's mother wants Chizuru to bring Kouta back to her hometown.
