Ep. 23: Yuichi reunites with Makoto Sawatari and Ayu makes her final wish before disappearing

Yuichi awakens in an apartment and encounters Makoto Sawatari, a childhood acquaintance he once admired. At their agreed meeting spot, he sees Ayu, who requests her third and final wish be for Yuichi to forget her. Yuichi refuses to grant this request. Instead, Ayu makes a different wish and subsequently vanishes while in Yuichi's embrace. Meanwhile, Nayuki emerges from her period of depression and tries to help her cousin recover from his own emotional struggles.
