Hazumu visits the hospital for medical examinations, but the doctors find no physical abnormalities. She tries to adapt to her new life by wearing a female school uniform purchased by her mother. Despite this change, Hazumu maintains her original male personality. Her friend Tomari Kurusu steps in to teach her how to behave like a girl. The episode concludes with Hazumu encountering two unexpected strangers who appear in her room, leaving her surprised by their sudden arrival.
