Ep. 37: Erin becomes Master as Shiron witnesses her bond with Lilan and the birth of Aru.

Erin officially attains Master status in the fall, coinciding with the arrival of new students in Kazalm. Shiron, a female student, initially views Erin as an enemy and desires to defeat her. Upon approaching Lilan at night, Shiron is shocked to see Erin embrace the creature, despite Ohju never befriending humans. After angering Lilan during a second attempt, Shiron is rescued by Erin. She then observes Erin assisting Lilan during childbirth, which shifts her perspective entirely. Consequently, Shiron decides to become Erin's follower. The Shin-Oh subsequently names the newborn Aru and plans to visit the infant.
