Setsuna defeats Graham effortlessly, surprising him with Gundam technology, while Tieria returns to orbit aboard Gundam Virtue. The Union Army establishes the Anti-Gundam Investigative Task Force, officially transferring Graham and Billy Katagiri from the MSWAD. Celestial Being executes surprise assaults in South Africa, Taribia, and Ceylon. During the Ceylon operation, Setsuna confronts Human Reform League Colonel Sergei Smirnov. The mission appears successful until a JNN broadcast announces that militant factions in North Ireland have signed a peace treaty, ending years of conflict with the British Army and the PSNI.
