The Republic of Moralia, located in southeastern France and part of the AEU, conducts joint military exercises with French-led forces, including Patrick Colasour and over 100 mobile suits. Marina travels to France to request humanitarian assistance, despite the Orbital Elevator being incomplete. Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters intervene to disrupt these exercises, engaging both Moralian and AEU mobile suits. During the conflict, Setsuna encounters Ali Al-Saachez, a figure from his past, who pilots a custom-made AEU Enact prototype. This confrontation surprises Setsuna as he faces his former adversary amidst the broader military engagement between the opposing factions in the region.
