Four months after Celestial Being's first intervention, the Gundam Meisters have participated in over sixty operations. The crew of the Ptolemeios and the Meisters enjoy a rare moment of respite while Lockon and Feldt Grace disclose that Celestial Being possesses a much older history than previously known. Meanwhile, in Azadistan, Alejandro Corner leads a United Nations delegation in discussions with Marina and local officials. The HRL deploys a network of communication detection devices to locate the Gundams in space, surprising the Ptolemeios crew. Caught off-guard and ill-prepared, Celestial Being engages in combat. Sumeragi outsmarts Sergei, leading to a fierce battle surrounding the Solar Satellites System.
