The location of Laplace's Box, capable of toppling the Earth Federation government, is revealed to be Magallanica at Industrial 7. Martha Vist Carbine, acting head of the Vist Foundation, travels with her nephew Albert Vist and Ronan Marcenas, Chairman of the Council on Colony Relations, to the Cheyenne base to protect the Foundation's interests. Simultaneously, Banagher rushes to Industrial 7 to chase Full Frontal, who aims to seize the Box. Banagher faces opposition from Riddhe’s Banshee Norn and Angelo's Rozen Zulu. The narrative builds toward a confrontation at Magallanica, where Syam, the guardian of the Box, awaits the arriving parties.
