Honnouji Academy is scheduled for closure within a month after fulfilling its original purpose, marking the end of an era. The student council members prepare for their upcoming graduation ceremony, each intending to leave their past behind and pursue new futures. Satsuki Kiryuuin, however, faces an internal crisis, struggling to find direction after achieving her long-sought victory. Just before she is set to address the student body, the event is interrupted by strange entities that mirror the council members. Ryuuko Matoi and the Elite Four are forced into combat once again. They soon uncover that the mastermind behind this chaos is a former adversary seeking revenge, forcing the group to confront this old enemy in the final moments of the school's existence.
