Ep. 23: Ciel battles inner darkness as Pikario’s waffles restore her kirakiral to become Cure Parfait.
The girls question Pikario about Noir’s ambitions while Ciel suffers depression over her inability to recognize his feelings. Her guilt intensifies when Pikario discovers his creations are instantly drained of kirakiral. Noir appears to tempt Ciel, trapping her, Ichika, and Pikario in a barrier born from her self-loathing. As other Cures attempt a rescue, Noir fuses Bibly and Iru to block them. Inside Ciel’s heart, Ichika urges Pikario to make waffles, which regain kirakiral through his affection and restore Ciel’s happiness. Rekindling her passion for sweets, Ciel combines the Cures’ kirakiral with Pikario’s waffles. When Noir attacks, Pikario blocks the blow, sustaining severe injuries. This sacrifice encourages Ciel to complete the Pegasus Parfait Animal Sweets, transforming into Cure Parfait to defeat Bibly. Pikario is then taken to an ancient shrine to heal.
